Hexarelin Details:

Hexarelin belongs to the category of drugs known as GHRP’s, which are also sometimes referred to as GH secretagogues. They include GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Ipamorelin, and Hexarelin.

Hex’s primary function is to stimulate the pituitary gland to produce more growth hormone. Like the other GHRPs, it has a 2-fold mechanism of action, in that it causes an increase in

GH through amplifying the natural growth hormone releasing hormone signal transduction pathway, as well as by suppressing the actions of Somatostatin.

 

Hexarelin demonstrates several unique characteristics which differentiates it from other GHRP’s. Most notably, Hexarelin has been shown to be the most potent GH releaser on a mcg to mcg basis,

outperforming the other drugs in its class.

 

It has also been shown to result in a more rapid rate of desensitization in comparison to the other GHRP’s, although the rate and extent at which desensitization progresses is often a topic of misunderstanding.

Common dosing guidelines have frequently advised that researchers discontinue administration after just 2 weeks of use, suggesting that further experimentation would result in an insignificant GH spike,

in response to this increased desensitization.

 

Hexarelin Applications:

 

Hexarelin is considered to be the strongest peptide stimulating GH secretion. With its use, the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is also high enough. GHRP-2 is less strong than Hexarelin,

but the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is less too. GHRP-6 is less strong than GHRP-2, but when used in dosage up to 100mcg, it has no influence on the levels of cortisol and prolactin,

and in dosage more than 100mcg, the increase in cortisol and prolactin levels is modest

 

Hexarelin is a peptide structurally similar to GHRP-6, which stimulates secretion of endogenous GH. Hexarelin has the majority of synthetic GH effects, but these effects are less evident with Hexarelin than with GH.

The main effects of Hexarelin include increase of strength, growth of new muscle fibers, improving of vessels state, reduction of fat mass.

The main difference of Hexarelin from GHRP-6 is that Hexarelin does not promote appetite, because it does not increase the level of ghrelin in the body.

This means that there will be more GH in abundance. In addition, hexarelin is the strongest GHRP available, so users should notice that desensitization can come much quicker than other GHRP’s.

This makes it less ideal for long term use, but with hexarelin’s ability to raise healthy levels of IGF-1 and GH it can work perfect as a PCT tool for those coming off a synthetic GH/IGF-1 cycle.

 

The potency of this peptide should not be underestimated and it comes with an increase in cortisol production as well as prolactin. Nothing close to what might be seen in elevated levels from

steroid use, but compared to other GHRP’s it has the strongest affinity to raise cortisol/prolactin.

 

Hexarelin Dosage and Usage:

 

Hexarelin comes in a freeze dried powder just like the other GHRP peptides and storage should be done in a cool dry place until reconstituted and placed in a refrigerator. Bacteriostatic

water is used to reconstitute the powder and an insulin syringe is the preferred method for administering subcutaneous injections of hexarelin. Users will notice 200mcgs

is the saturation dose for hexarelin and over a few weeks of use total desensitization may begin to take place.

 

Also, the occasional flare up of the pituitary has been noted when dosing far beyond saturation doses. Desensitization can be cleared easily by taking a break from hexerlin usage for a few days to a few weeks.

GHRP6 or iPamorelin. By combining a low dose of hexearelin with another GHRP, you are going to increase your ability to put out a greater pulse of growth hormone.

 

Combine this with GHRH’s and you have a synergistic blend that will release GH more effectively. In fact, for synthetic HGH users, this may be a viable way to save money on using less exogenous

GH by combining it with hexarelin in a GHRP+GHRH cycle. As a result, utilizing hexarelin in this protocol would establish the maximum GH release in the body.
